When a product is registered, we deal with all marketing activities: setting up marketing strategies, product positioning, design and life-cycle management. Our personal approach to key opinion leaders helps us in selecting the right marketing approach and then executing it.

In the role of licensing partner, Smartpharm is developing brands that are suitable for the whole region and thus create a unified marketing approach. As a part of that, we develop visual identities of brands, provide product launch organisation and support, design promotional campaigns and materials, develop marketing plans, manage events and take care of marketing education.

In cases, where Smartpharm is a distributor for products, we are transferring marketing plans and materials from the corporate headquarters, localise them for our markets and take care of execution according to partner's standards.
