In sales, we work hand-in-hand with all major wholesalers in each country. We promote and sell retail, reimbursed and tender products.

Our entire team is intentionally small to enable us to decide and act fast. Due to the lean and compact organisation of Smartpharm, we are more focused to products that require handling through key account management.

We are working with key wholesalers on all territories which we cover with our products. In culturally diverse countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, proper selection of wholesalers is very important for market coverage and sales results.

Smartpharm takes care, directly or indirectly, for the complete logistics - product importation, testing, storage and distribution. We also have ability to provide primary and/or secondary packaging for products that are imported as bulk.
